These photos were taken at a tree at a park near my house. I decided to capture images of this tree because the beautiful gold leaves were something that I think of when I hear the word fall. I tried to find a different vantage point than the one you would see just standing there staring at the tree face on. I had a hard time avoiding some people that kept getting in the back of my photos.
These are two images of a pine tree outside my house. I had a difficult time eliminating the golf course in my backyard since the tree was so bare. I tried again to use a different vantage point so my viewer could look at an everyday tree a different way.
These photos are of a bush at a local park close to my home. I really enjoyed taking pictures of this bush because there were so many different approaches I could have taken to get the best picture possible. I put my phone inside the bush so my audience could see what the POV of a bug would be to again, get a different look at something most of us see everyday.
These are two photos of a bush outside my house. Usually these bushes are a boring maroon color but since it is fall, there are so many more beautiful colors on the leaves. I thought this would be a perfect thing to take photos of since the colors are so pretty and unique to fall. I had a difficult time getting my phone out from inside the bush since the twigs on it are spiky but it was worth it because the pictures turned out great.
These last photos are of flowers my dad got my mom for their 21st wedding anniversary. I really loved the colors and this was something I wanted to capture since colorful flowers aren't something you see much of in the winter and fall. I had a hard time keeping the background white and not exposing my kitchen but I think the white background came out great and really allowed these flowers to pop.
